We are holding auditions for God of Carnage by Yasmina Reza. Please see the audition pack and form below.

Key Information

Performance Dates:

• 7.30pm Tue 14 to Sat 18 July 2026

• 2.30pm Sat 18 July 2026

Performance Venue:

• Seligman Theatre, Chapter

Rehearsal Dates:

• It is anticipated that rehearsals will commence in mid to late April. 

• A rehearsal schedule is likely to be Monday and Friday evenings and Saturdays.

• From Sunday 24 May they will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

• Due to the nature of the play, it is likely that all cast would be called for all rehearsals.

• A longer than usual rehearsal period for a 90-minute play set in real time will hopefully counter some inevitable non availabilities.

• Dress: Mon 13 July 2026

Auditions:

• Everyman Clubroom, Chapter

• Fri 10 April 6 – 9pm

• Sat 11 April 10am – 1pm; 2 – 5pm

• Sun 12 April 10am – 1pm (recalls)

• Mon 13 April 6 – 9pm (recalls)

• N.B. Some may be cast without the need for a recall, so not being recalled does not mean “not cast”.

Preparation: Auditions will be in groups of four. Please familiarise yourself with the audition pieces provided below. You may be asked to read for two parts. The characters names appear differently in this online version, which will be easier to use at the auditions. Please print off the audition form and bring it with you. There will be spares available on the day.
