We’re looking for a Playhouse Coordinator! 

What is the Playhouse Season? 

Throughout a twelve month period Everyman Theatre Cardiff members put on an average of 4 productions. They are produced, directed and performed by our members. Venues can vary from Chapter’s main performance spaces to anywhere in Cardiff.

Touring can also be an option for some of our productions either within the UK or overseas. The choice of productions are driven by our members in collaboration with the board and range from established writers to new writing.

What do we need help with?

The role does not require you to be a members of the board. We would like help with:

  • Sourcing venues
  • Liaising with venue stakeholders and booking managers
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure documentation, contracts and marketing assets are delivered on time to requirements specified
  • Working with directors and production teams to ensure the smooth running of projects
  • Though not expected to attend board meetings, regular monthly communications with the board is needed
  • Help the board in curating and planning future Playhouse Seasons

How to apply

Everyman Theatre is a charity limited by guarantee. We are a volunteer driven organisation so this is an unpaid, voluntary role. This role is ideal for anyone seeking to contribute more to Everyman or looking for experience in the arts management or coordination roles.
