Clubnight: Murmurs of Spring …. A creative evening to reflect something of the season, presented by Clive Ward

As we march into this month spring is blossoming as we see more of the sun yet the snow could still come.

What do we associate with the season anything from Boxing March Hares to marching bands and the Ides of March: bring a piece of prose, poetry or something to perform that reflects something of the flavour of March.

For me I have experienced something new to Cardiff & certainly Ely: that of nightly murmuration of Starling over Cowbridge Road. A nightly spectacle that many in Ely have adopted with joy!

I hope to put pen to paper to reflect something of this experience on the night.

There will be opportunity to share your chosen piece in the normal away & also a creative piece to share your work to visually show the diversity of spring, like a jigsaw. (For this reason ideally could you bring your prose either written or photocopied onto paper).
