Clubnight: ‘Godot’s Story’ by Alastair Jinks.

Wed 25th Nov 2026, 7:30pm

Alastair Jinks, one of our most valued members will present the rough draft of his original play ‘Godot’s Story’. This will be a read through with script in hand.

Alastair’s play is inspired by Beckett’s original masterpiece ‘Waiting for Godot.’ It uses the same names and characters from the play but none of the original text or staging. It explores the themes of neurodivergence, mis reading, memory, silence and behavioural truth.

The audience will be asked to offer feedback and ideas for further development.

Come along and help in the development and of a new play.
